Jose played at the highest level of soccer. Jose joined Mexico Power House Pumas UNAM first at the youth level playing U-17. He then went to play 2nd Division and U-20 before signing his first 1st Division professional contract in Liga MX in 2017. He was under contract from 2017-2021. He debuted for Pumas UNAM first team on September 4th, 2018. While at Pumas UNAM, Coach Jose earned his professional degree as a Physical Trainer from the Mexican Football Federation.

Diego was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he played for Racing Youth Academy. He moved to Utah where he played for La Roca. While at La Roca, he was invited to play for Utah ODP and received his first US Youth National Team call-up. He then went on to play at the Real Salt Lake Academy where he won a National Championship and received multiple national team call-ups. After graduating, he went to play at the University of Maryland where he won two Big 10 tournaments and earned a U-20 national team call-up. He then went on to join Real Salt Lake’s team- Real Monarchs. After two years, he signed a contract for Stumptown Athletic in North Carolina where he began coaching.

Lauro played for Ballistic SC where he won State Cup, participated in multiple presidents cups and regional tournaments. While playing for BSC, he was invited to Idaho ODP and the regional pool. He then went on to play for the Real Salt Lake Academy where he was able to win a national championship. After graduating, he attended NNU where he suffered a career-ending injury and began coaching.
